The final machine list is confirmed from the cable drawing and project inputs.

02 PRODUCTION LINE DEFINITIONCan one extrusion line produce several cable sizes?

One line may cover several cable sizes, but only within a confirmed operating range. The approved cable design and complete equipment configuration define that range.

03 PRODUCTION LINE DEFINITIONHow do I select the correct extruder size?

Start with the conductor range, insulation or jacket material, cable construction, target output and upstream and downstream compatibility. Select the model only after those inputs and the approved cable design are reviewed.

04 PRODUCTION LINE DEFINITIONCan the same line process PVC and XLPE?

Do not assume PVC and XLPE are interchangeable on the same line. Material changes can affect the process route and supporting systems. The compatible scope must be confirmed against the actual material system and cable design.
