Cage-stranding family
Use the equipment family to establish the process fit.
Confirm the operating range
The quotation will define dimensions, operating values and equipment scope for your supplied construction.
Conductor stranding and steel-wire armour can use the same cage-machine principle at different sizes and configurations. Confirm each build against the cable drawing.

Identify the operation
Start with conductor stranding, core lay-up or steel-wire armour. These duties require different size and package checks.
Define the cage loading
Provide the number of wires, individual diameters, input bobbin dimensions and package weights.
Check the finished construction
Send the cross-section, centre-core diameter, required finished diameter, lay and direction.
Integrate the auxiliaries
Specify central pay-off, taping or filling, haul-off and take-up so the cage can be reviewed as part of the complete process.
Define what your quotation includes
- Cage size, bobbin count and approved loading arrangement.
- Central pay-off and individual package/tension requirements.
- Any taping or filling operation in the agreed route.
- Haul-off, take-up, controls, utilities and installation layout.
State whether this is a new line, an additional machine or an upgrade. Include existing equipment interfaces so the offer covers the connections that matter.

Bow Type Stranding Machine
The bow-stranding family belongs to the conductor preparation stage. Match the incoming wires, conductor construction and lay before choosing the reel arrangement and operating point.
Cantilever Single Twisting Machine
Combine covered cores for control, communication and data-cable constructions. Select the cantilever size from the core dimensions, finished cable diameter, lay and take-up package.
Cable Outer Sheath Extrusion Line
Match a PVC/PE sheathing line to your incoming cable, jacket thickness and finished diameter. Review the extruder together with cooling, haul-off and drum handling.

Questions before choosing this machine
Can a cage strander apply steel-wire armour?
Yes, a suitably sized cage strander can be configured for steel-wire armour. Cable diameter, armour-wire count, bobbins and lay must be checked for that duty.
Can the conductor configuration be reused unchanged for armour?
It should be reviewed first. Armour may require a different cage size, central cable handling and take-up arrangement.
What determines the number of bobbins?
The conductor or armour construction determines the number of supplied wires or cores. Send the cross-section and package requirements to establish the arrangement.
