PROJECT SPECIFICATION

Confirm the operating range

The quotation will define dimensions, operating values and equipment scope for your supplied construction.

This page is a selection guide across bunching families. Use the linked model pages for their own specifications and confirm the proposed build for your conductor.

Select around your actual product

01 / SELECTION

Fine-wire route

For fine copper-wire conductors, review HK-HST-200/250/300 and confirm the individual wire range.

02 / SELECTION

Larger conductor route

Compare the documented HK-500/650/800 ranges when that group suits the conductor requirement.

03 / SELECTION

Different process route

For insulated-core lay-up or steel-wire armour, review the appropriate single-twist or cage equipment instead.

04 / SELECTION

Complete the enquiry

Provide input wire details, finished construction, lay, output package and target production requirement.

05

Define what your quotation includes

  • Selected bunching family and exact model.
  • Incoming wire packages and pay-off arrangement.
  • Take-up, tension and traverse requirements.
  • Controls, installation requirements and agreed output conditions.

State whether this is a new line, an additional machine or an upgrade. Include existing equipment interfaces so the offer covers the connections that matter.

Questions before choosing this machine

What is the difference between drawing and bunching?

Drawing reduces the diameter of an individual wire. Bunching combines several prepared wires into a conductor.

Are fine-wire and larger double-twist models interchangeable?

They are separate equipment groups with different application ranges. Match individual wire size, conductor construction, lay and package requirements.

Can bunching equipment lay up insulated cable cores?

That is a separate process-selection question. Share the cable cross-section and review single-twist or other cabling equipment for insulated-core assembly.
