Shielding is part of the base scope for F/UTP, not an optional quality upgrade. Every configuration requires an agreed CAT6 acceptance plan.

For our CAT6 project, HONGKAI explained how conductor insulation, pair-specific twisting and cabling settings relate to the agreed electrical test requirements. This made the proposed equipment scope easier to understand.
The CAT6 planning discussion covered the workshop layout, utility interfaces and separator handling where required by the cable drawing. That gave our team a clearer basis for reviewing the proposed production route.
We valued the clear distinction between a CAT6 U/UTP route and the additional overall foil and drain-wire handling for F/UTP. The proposal discussion also identified which testing and supply-scope details needed confirmation.

No. A cross separator is one possible construction. Other separator designs and validated separator-free constructions exist. Confirm the cable drawing before selecting separator feed or extrusion equipment.
CAT6A is outside this template scope. Materials, shielding, pair geometry, tooling and electrical testing require a separate engineering review before any compatibility is stated.
The specified insulation, jacket compounds, processing conditions and applicable fire-test requirements must be confirmed separately. A generic PVC or LSZH option does not establish plenum suitability.
Provide the cable drawing, conductor and insulation details, separator and shielding construction, jacket/fire requirement, target output, workshop utilities and the required acceptance tests.
No. Continuity and identification are basic checks. The agreed CAT6 electrical performance tests, test method, limits, frequency range and instrument capability must be included in the acceptance plan.
The proposal should identify HONGKAI-manufactured modules, integrated specialist items and customer-supplied interfaces separately. Final test instruments and responsibilities are agreed project by project.
