Produce simplex / duplex soft cable and FTTH drop cable on a shared HK-50 extrusion platform. Use HK-30-prepared tight-buffered elements for soft cable, or optical fiber and strength members for drop cable. HONGKAI configures the material paths and changeovers around your product mix.

Configure for the actual cable: product changeovers require the appropriate material path, screws, crossheads, guides and operating recipes. Agree the setup and acceptance conditions for each product.
Start with the cable drawing. It determines which incoming materials and equipment are active, how the product passes through the line and what must change between batches.
Feed fiber, buffered elements, aramid and strength members as required. Use the cage-stranding module only when the selected distribution-cable construction calls for it.
Dry and feed the selected material, align the incoming elements and use the tooling appropriate to the product profile.
Coordinate warm-water cooling, the fixed trough, chiller, drying, diameter measurement and the specified marking interface.
Choose the traction path, accumulator settings and take-up package. Define the reel-change sequence and finished-product tests.
The HK-50 platform can be configured for the following indoor and access cable products. Select the families your factory needs; we define the supplied line and changeover arrangements around that mix.
Use prepared tight-buffered fiber from the HK-30 stage, add the specified aramid reinforcement and extrude a PVC or LSZH outer jacket. Select the tooling for the single- or twin-element profile.
Feed optical fiber and the specified FRP or steel strength members through the drop-cable tooling. A self-supporting variant also needs the approved messenger feed and cable profile.
Starting material: prepared tight-buffered elements for soft cable; supplied optical fiber and the specified strength members for FTTH. HK-30 handles upstream tight buffering. HK-50 forms the finished cable jacket.
HK-50 is a custom-configured production line. The two main product routes are reference applications; your technical proposal defines the products, equipment and operating conditions included in your project.

Soft-cable speed is agreed for the selected construction and compound. The 120 m/min reference applies to 2.0 × 3.0 mm FTTH cable, not every soft-cable product.

The 120 m/min reference applies to 2.0 × 3.0 mm FTTH cable. Specify the output target for each soft-cable or drop-cable product with its material, tooling, winding and quality checks.
