- 1310–1625 nm
- ≤ 0.40 dB/kmG.652.D cable-attribute reference in ITU-T G.652 (08/2024), Table 2.
- 1530–1565 nm
- ≤ 0.30 dB/kmIncludes 1550 nm. These are standard limits, not a HONGKAI batch test result.
G.652 attenuation limits are not a blanket specification for short indoor cables, jumpers or drop cables. Fiber bending performance also does not determine the minimum bend radius of a finished cable.

The functions below explain how this construction is made. They are not a fixed machine count or a final equipment specification.
- 01
Fiber coloring & preparation
Start with the approved optical fiber. Apply and cure the specified identification colors, then rewind; if colored fiber is purchased, verify the incoming identification and package instead.

Protect the fibers inside the specified loose tube. Confirm tube material, dimensions, excess fiber length and filling or dry water-blocking construction.

Loose-tube core stranding
Strand the optical tubes and fillers around the approved FRP center, with the specified binding and water-blocking package.

Apply the approved steel-tape protection and water-blocking package before outer sheathing. Confirm tape type, forming or corrugation, overlap and the required cable drawing.

Messenger input & Figure-8 profile
Feed the specified stranded-wire messenger alongside the protected optical core and form the approved Figure-8 profile.

Outer PE sheath & take-up
Apply the specified outer sheath, cool, check dimensions, mark and take up. Material grade, diameter, tooling and delivery length follow the approved order.

Inspection & delivery preparation
Complete the agreed optical and mechanical checks, inspection records, lengths, marking and packing. HONGKAI handles the agreed acceptance inspection and delivery; process videos are not batch test records.
The SZ recording illustrates the stranded-core function; the downstream sheathing recording does not confirm the steel tape, messenger, Figure-8 tooling or complete GYFTC8S configuration. Final materials, equipment interfaces and acceptance follow the approved drawing and order.

HONGKAI coloring and rewinding footage: identification ink is applied and cured before the fiber is rewound. Already-colored input can enter the next approved production stage. Equipment and process reference only. Not proof of the manufacturing source, full equipment configuration or acceptance of your cable batch.

Independent factories manufacture the finished cable; HONGKAI handles customer-facing supply, payment, agreed acceptance inspection and delivery. Some equipment customers also manufacture the cables we supply. The actual source, specification and acceptance requirements are confirmed for each order.

HONGKAI supports cable machinery and production projects, and supplies finished fiber optic cables. Our finished cables are produced by independent factories in China that use HONGKAI equipment.
For orders supplied by HONGKAI, we handle the quotation, customer payment, agreed acceptance inspection and delivery coordination.
