کابل ADSS
کابل ADSS ساختار پیچ خورده لایه غلاف شل را اتخاذ میکند، فیبر نوری ۲۵۰ میکرومتری درون لوله شل ساخته شده از مواد مدول بالا قرار میگیرد و لوله شل با ترکیبات ضد آب پر میشود. لوله شل (و طناب پرکننده) به دور هسته تقویت کننده مرکزی غیرفلزی (FRP) پیچیده میشود تا یک هسته کابل فشرده سنتز شود. شکاف هسته کابل با یک نخ مسدود کننده آب و یک کمربند مسدود کننده آب که به صورت طولی توسط هسته کابل پیچیده شده است، پر میشود و سپس فیبر آرامید که نقش تقویت کننده را ایفا میکند، پیچانده میشود. در نهایت، غلاف بیرونی پلی اتیلن (PE) یا غلاف بیرونی علامت الکتریکی (AT) اکسترود میشود.

کاربرد
Polye (PE) can be used for 10 kV and 35 kV power lines. For 110 kV and 220 kV power lines, the optical cable hanging point must be determined by calculating the electric field intensity distribution and the electric mark (AT) outer sheath must be adopted. At the same time, the amount of aramid fiber and the perfect stranding process were carefully designed to meet the application requirements of different spans.
