خط تولید کابل انعطافپذیر
Flexible cable structure reference. Final design pending.
What is a flexible cable production line? It turns fine-stranded copper conductors into separately insulated cores, lays up the cores and applies an outer sheath. Start from the material you already have, then confirm each stage through testing and packing.

Define the Flexible Cable Before Selecting Equipment
This three-core reference separates the fine copper wires inside each conductor from the separately insulated cable cores. Confirm both counts, then define insulation, core assembly and the outer sheath.

Match the Route to the Cable Construction
This route illustrates an unshielded, multi-core flexible cable with PVC core insulation and a PVC outer sheath. Start from individual copper wires, prepared flexible conductors or approved insulated cores; do not repeat work already completed.
Read the order, not a fixed machine spacing: bunching forms each bare conductor; cabling lays up separately insulated cores. Cool, dry and check the cores before cabling. Sheathing has its own cooling, haul-off and take-up. Feed systems stay within the relevant line; no separate pay-off process stage is added. Intermediate reels and changeovers depend on the approved layout.

Review the Equipment Categories for This Route
Review each machine’s actual function, then confirm its model and interfaces. These are 3D category references—not an automatic equipment configuration or a claim that one machine performs every downstream operation.

Prepare fine-wire diameter and copper condition where the incoming material requires it.
- Route status
- Upstream only if incoming wire needs preparation
- Source boundary
- Specialist equipment, when included in the proposal
- Configuration
- Selected against the approved conductor, compound and output
- Key input
- Incoming copper rod or wire; required component-wire size and condition
Incoming and final wire diameter, annealing condition, spool format and resistance; do not repeat preparation on accepted incoming wire. The existing render represents a drawing-equipment family, not a verified fine-wire operating range.
Keep Every Equipment Source and Responsibility Explicit
A coordinated production-line project does not mean one factory manufactures every machine. Each source and interface is defined in the approved proposal.
Equipment source, contracting entity, integration boundary and service responsibility stay item-specific.

Supporting Equipment and Project Interfaces
Cooling and drying for both extrusion stages, core inspection, final cable tests, haul-off, intermediate reels, final take-up and agreed coiling or packing.

Check the Conductor, Insulation and Finished Cable
Agree the inspection plan before equipment selection. These 3D references explain the checks; they are not factory photographs, customer cases or evidence of passed tests.
Conductor acceptanceCheck the Bare Conductor
Confirm wire count, individual-wire diameter, lay, finished bare-conductor diameter and the specified conductor resistance.
Dimensional controlMeasure Diameter; Verify the Wall
Measure insulated-core and finished-cable diameters. Verify core insulation and outer-sheath wall thickness separately by the approved measurement method.
In-line electrical checkInspect the Dry Insulation
Cool and dry each insulated core before its specified spark test. Record faults and keep accepted core reels identifiable before cabling.
Finished-product releaseConfirm the Sale-Ready Package
Verify core identification and continuity, conductor resistance, agreed electrical and material tests, cable dimensions, marking, length and packing before release.
Clarify the Route Before Requesting a Quote
These answers explain the decision path. They do not replace an approved cable design, technical solution, quotation or project proposal.
What equipment is included in the preliminary Flexible Cable route?
The route covers fine-wire preparation if needed, conductor bunching, core insulation, core cooling and inspection, laying-up of insulated cores, outer sheathing, downstream cooling and take-up, and final tests and packing. The incoming material determines which upstream stages belong in your project.
Are conductor bunching and core laying-up the same operation?
No. Bunching forms one bare flexible conductor from multiple fine copper wires. Core laying-up assembles several separately insulated conductors into a cable bundle. Confirm copper-wire count n and diameter d for each conductor, and insulated-core count N for the finished cable.
Can the route start with purchased conductors or insulated cores?
Yes, after incoming acceptance. Approved flexible conductors can start at core insulation. Approved insulated cores can start at cabling. Verify construction, dimensions, identification, test records and reel compatibility; do not repeat conductor forming or insulation already completed.
Can the same configuration cover RVV and H05VV-F?
These are reference designations to review, not automatically interchangeable approvals. Confirm the applicable product standard, conductor class, number of cores, layer materials and thicknesses, voltage, use conditions and required tests before approving the manufacturing range.
Are fillers, binder tape or shielding always required?
No. Fillers and binder are added only where the approved cable construction needs them. The illustrated cable is unshielded and unarmoured. Shielding, armour, rubber or special continuous-flex constructions require a separate route and equipment review.
Can one extruder be shared between insulation and sheathing?
Only if the conductor and bundle ranges, output, compounds, screw and crossheads, cooling, traction and reel interfaces are suitable. Sharing also requires planned changeovers and cannot provide both stages simultaneously. Confirm the production balance before choosing shared or dedicated equipment.
What tests and technical inputs are needed before quotation?
Provide n × d, bare-conductor OD and nominal area; insulated-core count N and core OD; insulation and sheath grades and wall thicknesses; laid-up and finished OD; target output; reels; factory conditions; and the acceptance specification. Core spark tests and finished-cable tests are separate. Flexible construction alone does not prove continuous-flex or drag-chain performance.
Does HONGKAI provide installation and training?
Installation, commissioning and training are proposal-defined services. Equipment source, responsibilities, site readiness, schedule and exclusions must be confirmed for the project.
