What stages are included in the Micro Cable reference production route?
The reference route has four stages: HK-235 fiber coloring and rewinding, HK-50 jelly-filled PBT loose-tube extrusion, HK-800/12 SZ cable-core stranding with the approved binding and water-blocking package, and HK-90 final PE outer sheathing. The final configuration must follow the approved cable drawing and written project inputs.
What cable construction is this route intended to produce?
It is a reference route for compact SZ-stranded loose-tube Micro Cable. The mapped structure includes colored optical fibers, jelly-filled PBT loose tubes, a central strength member, an approved water-blocking package and a PE outer sheath. Fiber count, tube count, materials and dimensions remain project-specific.
What is handed off between the four production stages?
HK-235 supplies identified and rewound colored fibers to HK-50. HK-50 produces qualified jelly-filled loose-tube packages for HK-800/12 SZ. The SZ stage forms the bound, water-blocked stranded cable core, which then enters HK-90 for PE extrusion, cooling, dimensional monitoring, marking and finished-cable take-up.
Which cable and material details must be confirmed before the proposal?
Confirm the approved cable drawing, fiber count and color plan, tube and filler arrangement, loose-tube geometry, central-member material and size, PBT and filling-compound grades, binder and water-blocking construction, PE grade, finished dimensions, marking and reel formats. These inputs determine the stage interfaces and final equipment scope.
Is FRP or one water-blocking material mandatory for every design?
No single material should be assumed from the reference page. The central member may use project-specified FRP or another approved material, while the water-blocking package may use approved tape, yarn or another specified construction. The cable drawing and material specification control the final choice.
Do the reference images and video confirm speed or line arrangement?
No. They illustrate the process and shared equipment only. They do not confirm final reel quantities, tube arrangement, SZ pitch or reversal length, line speed, machine quantity, factory layout, supplied scope, performance or acceptance criteria for a specific project.
Can existing factory equipment be connected to this four-stage route?
Existing upstream or downstream equipment can be reviewed, but compatibility is not assumed. HONGKAI must review equipment interfaces, factory space, material flow, voltage, frequency, compressed air, cooling water, access and installation conditions before defining the interface and supply boundary in writing.
How are output, inspection and acceptance requirements established?
No default capacity is assumed. The project review should confirm the target product mix, operating schedule, required output, source and delivery reel formats, stable operating conditions, inspection and sampling points, FAT or other acceptance criteria, and site-readiness requirements. Binding values belong in the approved technical agreement.
