WHAT TO CONFIRM
Select your route to see the questions that matter for this cable.
Review the cable components, then confirm the drawing for the configuration you intend to order.
The approved cable drawing defines the final dimensions and materials.
Aramid-reinforced fiber bundles have PVC or LSZH inner jackets.
Use these references to frame your requirement. The quotation and approved cable datasheet define the product supplied.
Start with the construction and installation requirements below.
G.652 describes single-mode fiber and cable; G.657 addresses bending-loss-insensitive single-mode fiber. Ask for the precise category and the finished-cable test limits needed by your network. For multimode requirements, state the OM category and link design.
G.652 attenuation limits are not a blanket specification for short indoor cables, jumpers or drop cables. Fiber bending performance also does not determine the minimum bend radius of a finished cable.
Public technical references checked September 2026. Manufacturer examples illustrate a construction; they do not identify HONGKAI’s source factory or establish the specification of your order.
Need a specific mechanical rating, sheath classification or test report? Include it in your enquiry so it can be confirmed with the manufacturing source before the order is agreed.
Keep the route and protection requirements in view when you compare cable families.
Multi-core armored indoor cable
An indoor multi-core construction with protected fiber-bundle sub-units and a steel-wire armor layer. Match the final jacket and cable dimensions to the installation.
Simplex armored indoor fiber optic cable
A tight-buffered indoor cable with flat stainless-steel wire protection, aramid yarn and a PVC or LSZH sheath. Review the protection and termination requirements together.
Steel-armored indoor fiber optic cable
An indoor cable family with steel armor and aramid reinforcement for projects requiring additional mechanical protection. The approved cable drawing defines the final construction.
GJASFKV · multi-core armored indoor cable — from fiber preparation to agreed acceptance and delivery. See HONGKAI equipment and process references matched to the listed construction.
The functions below explain how this construction is made. They are not a fixed machine count or a final equipment specification.
Start with the approved optical fiber. Apply and cure the specified identification colors, then rewind; if colored fiber is purchased, verify the incoming identification and package instead.
Gather the approved fiber bundles, apply aramid reinforcement and form the specified PVC or LSZH inner jackets.
Gather the prepared sub-units in the approved arrangement. Confirm the center or filler system, lay, bending limits and the interface to outer jacketing; this is not automatically an outdoor loose-tube SZ route.
Apply the specified steel-wire protection to the assembled core. Confirm wire specification, application method, lay and the required bending behavior.
Extrude the approved PVC or LSZH jacket, then cool, check dimensions, mark and take up. Confirm the compound, tooling, fire requirements and inspection method.
Complete the agreed optical and mechanical checks, inspection records, lengths, marking and packing. HONGKAI handles the agreed acceptance inspection and delivery; process videos are not batch test records.
The related equipment videos do not show or approve the steel-wire armor. Armor and sub-unit arrangements follow the selected cable drawing. Final materials, equipment interfaces and acceptance follow the approved drawing and order.
HONGKAI coloring and rewinding footage: identification ink is applied and cured before the fiber is rewound. Already-colored input can enter the next approved production stage. Equipment and process reference only. Not proof of the manufacturing source, full equipment configuration or acceptance of your cable batch.
Only matching process functions have video controls. Other stages retain their explanation where suitable footage has not been established. These clips are not one continuous factory tour or a batch inspection record.
Independent factories manufacture the finished cable; HONGKAI handles customer-facing supply, payment, agreed acceptance inspection and delivery. Some equipment customers also manufacture the cables we supply. The actual source, specification and acceptance requirements are confirmed for each order.
HONGKAI connects cable-making equipment experience with finished-cable supply. Work with us on your requirement, then keep payment, acceptance inspection and delivery with HONGKAI.
Our equipment business gives the cable discussion a practical starting point: how the fiber, reinforcement, protection and jacket fit the required construction.
HONGKAI is your customer-facing supplier. In our usual supply arrangement, you pay HONGKAI, and we handle acceptance inspection and delivery.
Set the cable drawing, specification, inspection scope and required records in the order documents, so the supply is assessed against your agreed requirement.
Independent factories in China that use HONGKAI cable-making equipment. HONGKAI is the supplier, not the finished-cable manufacturer; the actual manufacturing source is confirmed for your order.
