For the Micro Cable Production Line, the four-stage route made the project easier to review. We could follow fiber coloring, PBT loose-tube extrusion, SZ cable-core formation and final PE sheathing as one connected process.
The HK-800/12 SZ stage made tube count, fillers, central-member alignment, SZ pitch, binders and water-blocking materials easier to review before the cable core entered final PE sheathing.
The planning boundary kept fiber and tube counts, central-member material, jacket dimensions, tooling, reel sizes, utilities and acceptance conditions visible throughout the final Micro Cable configuration review.
