01Selected production line
خط تولید کابل قطرهای FTTH
What does this production line produce? The HK-50 coordinates optical-fiber payoff, two approved steel-wire or FRP strength members, jacket extrusion, cooling, measurement, traction and take-up for 1–2 fiber FTTH drop cable. An optional messenger-wire payoff supports self-supporting constructions. Final dimensions, materials and equipment arrangement follow the approved cable drawing.

02Cable structure → HK-50 process
Open the FTTH drop cable and trace each layer to its HK-50 process.
Start with the complete 1–2 fiber flat-drop construction, open the reviewed structure, then select one layer to see the process and equipment modules it requires.

Feed the confirmed optical fibers under controlled tension and maintain the required central alignment.

Fiber payoff and positioning
The selected layer is mapped to the relevant modules in the reference HK-50 FTTH drop-cable route.
The structure and equipment mapping shown here is a reference route. Fiber count, strength-member material, cable dimensions, extrusion tooling, line speed and final equipment scope are confirmed from the approved cable drawing and project requirements.
