Linha de produção de cabos drop FTTH

O que esta linha de produção produz? The HK-50 coordinates optical-fiber payoff, two approved steel-wire or FRP strength members, jacket extrusion, cooling, measurement, traction and take-up for 1–2 fiber FTTH drop cable. An optional messenger-wire payoff supports self-supporting constructions. Final dimensions, materials and equipment arrangement follow the approved cable drawing.

04 Project responsibility

Define the FTTH project boundary before the line is finalized.

The HK-50 route above is a reference configuration for one FTTH drop cable production line, not a contractual supply scope. Buyer, HONGKAI and joint responsibilities become final only in the approved technical proposal or agreement.

07 Route FAQ

Clarify the FTTH route before requesting a proposal.

These answers explain the single-line HK-50 reference route, how cable structure changes its equipment modules, and what still requires project confirmation.

What FTTH cable construction is this reference line based on?

The displayed reference is a flat FTTH drop-cable construction with optical fiber or fibers, two parallel strength members and a profiled outer jacket. Fiber count, strength-member material, jacket compound, profile dimensions and marking must follow the approved cable drawing.

Can one HK-50 line complete the displayed FTTH cable?

The reference route is one continuous HK-50 line. It coordinates optical-fiber pay-off, strength-member pay-off and alignment, profile extrusion, post-extrusion routing, inspection, traction, accumulation and finished-cable take-up. Final quantities and arrangement remain project-specific.

Does every FTTH drop cable use the same three structural inputs?

No. Fiber count, strength-member type and jacket profile can change by cable specification. The structure map explains the function of each layer and its primary equipment relationship; it is not a universal construction or an automatically confirmed equipment list.

Which equipment may change when the cable structure changes?

Active fiber pay-off heads, tension control, strength-member pay-off and support devices, extrusion tooling, cooling route, inspection and traction interfaces, accumulator travel and take-up reel arrangement may all require review against the selected cable drawing.

Are the HK-50 line and equipment images the final supplied configuration?

No. They are reference images used to explain the line route and the role of individual modules. Final equipment quantities, arrangement, controls, utilities, safeguards and interfaces are confirmed only in the approved project-specific proposal or agreement.

What information is needed to confirm line speed and production capacity?

Please provide the cable drawing, product mix, material requirements, target output, expected stable line speed, reel sizes, factory space, available utilities and planned schedule. This reference page does not assume a standard capacity or guaranteed operating result.

What does the FTTH process video demonstrate?

The video is related process evidence for an FTTH drop-cable production route. It does not confirm the final machine arrangement, module quantity, project performance, FAT result, acceptance record or customer outcome for the configuration being reviewed on this page.

Are inspection, FAT, installation and training included?

Inspection points, FAT requirements, acceptance criteria, documentation, installation, commissioning, training, travel and on-site responsibility are project-scope items. Their exact content must be defined in the approved technical proposal and commercial agreement.

Final cable construction, performance, equipment, acceptance criteria and supply scope are defined only in the mutually approved technical and commercial agreement.
