What does this production route produce? This reference solution follows a four-stage route for GYXTC8S figure-8 self-supporting aerial cable. HK-235 colors and rewinds the fibers, HK-50 forms the jelly-filled PBT loose tubes, HK-800/12 strands those tubes around the confirmed central member, and HK-90 applies the steel-tape armor, positions the messenger and extrudes the joined black PE figure-8 sheath. Final construction follows the approved cable drawing.

This HONGKAI process video provides a practical reference for the HK-800/12 SZ cable-core stranding stage. It connects the completed loose tubes from HK-50 with the bound cable core required before corrugated steel-tape armoring and figure-8 sheathing on HK-90.

What GYXTC8S cable construction is this reference route based on?
The reference construction uses colored optical fibers inside jelly-filled PBT loose tubes, SZ stranded around the specified central strength member with fillers and water blocking. The core is then protected by corrugated steel tape and completed with a messenger wire inside the figure-8 PE sheath. Fiber count, dimensions and material grades follow the approved cable drawing.

Not always. If qualified colored fibers are supplied in the required package and are ready for loose-tube production, the reviewed project scope may begin at HK-50. No. They are reference production-stage models used to explain the process route. Final module quantities, dimensions, controls, utilities, optional systems and equipment interfaces are confirmed only after reviewing the cable drawing, materials, capacity target and factory conditions.
