Return & Refund Policy
Applies to custom-built fiber optic, LAN, and electric cable production equipment supplied by HONGKAI.
Overview
At HONGKAI Cable Machinery, every order is custom-engineered, factory-tested, and inspected to match your confirmed specifications. Because equipment is tailor-made, our policy differs from consumer returns. Please review these terms before placing an order.
1) Eligibility for Returns
- Damage during transportation reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Specification mismatch with the confirmed contract.
- Verified manufacturing defect that cannot be resolved by technical support.
2) Reporting & Verification Process

- Provide photos, videos, and delivery documents for review.
- Our engineering team will assess and propose repair, replacement, or refund.
3) Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by an RMA number issued by HONGKAI.
4) Shipping Costs & Risk
- Manufacturer fault: HONGKAI covers return freight.
- Customer error: Customer bears all costs.
5) Refund, Repair, or Replacement
Eligible returns are processed within 30 business days after inspection.
6) Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built machines made to order.
- Consumables and software licenses.
- Improperly installed or modified equipment.
7) Warranty Support
12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Free replacement of defective parts and lifetime online support provided.
