GYFTA Non-armored's Informations
Non-metallic Strength Member Non-armored Cable(GYFTA)
The fibers, 250μm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) locates in the center of core as a non-metallic strength member. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. After an Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) moisture barrier is applied around the cable core, the cable is completed with a PE sheath.
This cable is used across different project and manufacturing stages — from network deployment to in-house cable production.

Why We UnderstandGYFTA Non-armoredBeyond the Product Level
Unlike suppliers who only trade finished fiber optic cables, our expertise is rooted in the optical cable manufacturing process itself.
We work closely with multiple qualified optical cable manufacturers in China, but more importantly, we are deeply involved in fiber optic cable production lines, raw materials selection, and process design.
This means we don’t just understand what a finished cable looks like — we understand how it is produced, tested, optimized, and scaled. From fiber coloring, loose tube, SZ stranding, to sheathing and quality control, we are familiar with the complete manufacturing workflow.
For our partners, this brings long-term value. You can start by sourcing finished optical cables with us, and when the time is right to build or expand your own production capacity, we are able to support you with production lines, raw materials, technical guidance, and factory planning.
We are not here for one-time transactions. Our goal is to grow together with our partners — from cable supply to manufacturing capability.

Common questions from contractors, cable manufacturers, and new entrants to fiber optic projects.
What types of optical cables do you supply?
We supply a wide range of optical cables including ADSS, GYTA, GYTS, FTTH drop cables, and indoor & outdoor fiber optic cables. Cable structures, fiber counts, sheath materials, and standards can be customized according to project requirements.
Do you supply finished cables only, or also production solutions?
We supply finished optical cables for immediate deployment. At the same time, our background comes from optical cable manufacturing itself. For customers planning to expand into in-house production, we also provide cable production lines, raw materials, and technical process support.
What standards do your optical cables comply with?
Our optical cables comply with international standards such as IEC 60794, ITU-T recommendations, IEEE standards, and other customer-specified technical requirements. Test reports and specifications can be provided upon request.
Can you support long-term and stable cable supply?
Yes. We work closely with multiple qualified optical cable manufacturers in China, ensuring stable production capacity, consistent quality control, flexible lead times, and long-term supply reliability for ongoing projects.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on cable type, fiber count, and customization level. For standard designs, flexible MOQs are available. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Can I start with finished cables and later move to manufacturing?
Yes. Many of our long-term partners started with finished cable purchases for market validation and project execution, and later expanded into cable manufacturing with our support in equipment selection, raw materials, and production process design.
Do you provide technical and after-sales support?
We provide technical guidance on cable selection, application scenarios, installation considerations, and quality control. For manufacturing customers, we also support production line setup, process optimization, and ongoing technical assistance.
Ready to Discuss Your Cable Project?
Whether you need finished optical cables for immediate deployment, or you are planning to move toward in-house cable manufacturing, our team can support you at every stage.
