WHAT TO CONFIRM

A few details make the choice clearer.

Select your route to see the questions that matter for this cable.

  • Installation method and mechanical loads
  • Fiber type, count and network requirements
  • Jacket, protection and acceptance criteria

Continue with your requirement

Every layer has a purpose.

Review the cable components, then confirm the drawing for the configuration you intend to order.

The approved cable drawing defines the final dimensions and materials.

Central loose tube

The tube holds the optical fibers and water-resistant filling compound.

Mechanical configuration
Match the installation conditionsTensile, crush and bending limits depend on the complete cable construction.
Optical selection reference

If your selected fiber is G.652.D

1310–1625 nm
≤ 0.40 dB/kmG.652.D cable-attribute reference in ITU-T G.652 (08/2024), Table 2.
1530–1565 nm
≤ 0.30 dB/kmIncludes 1550 nm. These are standard limits, not a HONGKAI batch test result.

G.652 attenuation limits are not a blanket specification for short indoor cables, jumpers or drop cables. Fiber bending performance also does not determine the minimum bend radius of a finished cable.

Public technical references checked September 2026. Manufacturer examples illustrate a construction; they do not identify HONGKAI’s source factory or establish the specification of your order.

Follow the equipment route for this cable.

JET MICRO · unitube micro cable — from fiber preparation to agreed acceptance and delivery. See HONGKAI equipment and process references matched to the listed construction.

The functions below explain how this construction is made. They are not a fixed machine count or a final equipment specification.

  1. 01

    Fiber coloring & preparation

Start with the approved optical fiber. Apply and cure the specified identification colors, then rewind; if colored fiber is purchased, verify the incoming identification and package instead.

  2. 02

    Loose-tube extrusion

Form the compact central tube around the approved fibers. The secondary-coating video illustrates the function only; micro-tube dimensions, fiber package and excess length require confirmation.

  3. 03

    Yarn reinforcement

Apply the specified reinforcing yarn around the central tube. Confirm yarn type, tension and the resulting handling and mechanical requirements.

  4. 04

    Micro-cable jacket & take-up

Apply the approved compact jacket and coordinate cooling, dimensional monitoring, traction and take-up. Cable diameter, stiffness and microduct interface need micro-cable-specific tooling and confirmation; a large outdoor sheathing video is not substituted here.

  5. 05

    Inspection & delivery preparation

Complete the agreed optical and mechanical checks, inspection records, lengths, marking and packing. HONGKAI handles the agreed acceptance inspection and delivery; process videos are not batch test records.

This is a compact unitube route. It does not require a layer-stranded optical core. No large ADSS or general HK-90 sheathing video is presented as micro-cable-specific evidence. Final materials, equipment interfaces and acceptance follow the approved drawing and order.

Optical fiber coloring & rewinding video from HONGKAI

Optical fiber coloring & rewinding

HONGKAI coloring and rewinding footage: identification ink is applied and cured before the fiber is rewound. Already-colored input can enter the next approved production stage. Equipment and process reference only. Not proof of the manufacturing source, full equipment configuration or acceptance of your cable batch.

Only matching process functions have video controls. Other stages retain their explanation where suitable footage has not been established. These clips are not one continuous factory tour or a batch inspection record.

Independent factories manufacture the finished cable; HONGKAI handles customer-facing supply, payment, agreed acceptance inspection and delivery. Some equipment customers also manufacture the cables we supply. The actual source, specification and acceptance requirements are confirmed for each order.

One partner for your finished-cable order.

HONGKAI connects cable-making equipment experience with finished-cable supply. Work with us on your requirement, then keep payment, acceptance inspection and delivery with HONGKAI.

  • A production perspective on cable selection

Our equipment business gives the cable discussion a practical starting point: how the fiber, reinforcement, protection and jacket fit the required construction.

  • A direct relationship with your supplier

HONGKAI is your customer-facing supplier. In our usual supply arrangement, you pay HONGKAI, and we handle acceptance inspection and delivery.

  • An agreed basis for acceptance

Set the cable drawing, specification, inspection scope and required records in the order documents, so the supply is assessed against your agreed requirement.

Who makes the finished cable?

Independent factories in China that use HONGKAI cable-making equipment. HONGKAI is the supplier, not the finished-cable manufacturer; the actual manufacturing source is confirmed for your order.

What establishes product acceptance?

The agreed cable specification, inspection scope and order records. Using HONGKAI equipment is a production relationship, not a finished-product certification.

Planning your own cable production?

HONGKAI also supplies cable-making equipment and production-project support. Start from the cable drawing, materials and production requirements.
