Select your route to see the questions that matter for this cable.
Review the cable components, then confirm the drawing for the configuration you intend to order.
The approved cable drawing defines the final dimensions and materials.
Loose tubes and fillers are arranged around an FRP center.
Use these references to frame your requirement. The quotation and approved cable datasheet define the product supplied.
Published construction examples for initial comparison, not guaranteed supply ratings.
Public technical references checked September 2026. Manufacturer examples illustrate a construction; they do not identify HONGKAI’s source factory or establish the specification of your order.
G.652 attenuation limits are not a blanket specification for short indoor cables, jumpers or drop cables. Fiber bending performance also does not determine the minimum bend radius of a finished cable.

Need a specific mechanical rating, sheath classification or test report? Include it in your enquiry so it can be confirmed with the manufacturing source before the order is agreed.
Keep the route and protection requirements in view when you compare cable families.
Double-sheathed self-supporting aerial cable
An ADSS construction with an FRP-centered optical core, inner PE sheath, aramid yarn and outer PE or AT sheath. Review span and electrical conditions before selecting a configuration.
Two-FRP aerial fiber optic cable
A compact aerial cable construction with a central PBT loose tube, two FRP strength members and a PE sheath. Span, loading and installation conditions define the required configuration.
Central-tube figure-8 aerial cable
A figure-8 aerial construction combining a central optical tube with a stranded-wire messenger. Specify the span, installation loads and metallic support requirements.
See the upstream preparation and downstream cable-making processes through HONGKAI videos. These are equipment and process references; they do not establish the manufacturing source or acceptance of your cable batch.
Start with approved optical fiber. Follow the five production functions, then confirm inspection and delivery for the order.
Identify the approved optical fibers with the specified color sequence, cure the ink and prepare the output reels.
Form protective loose tubes around the fibers. Confirm tube material, excess fiber length and filling or water-blocking construction.
Strand the tubes and fillers around the FRP center; apply the specified binders and water-blocking package.
Apply the inner PE sheath before the aramid strength layer for this double-sheathed construction. Confirm the approved arrangement and mechanical design.
Apply the selected PE or AT outer sheath, then cool, check dimensions, mark and take up the cable.
Complete the agreed optical and mechanical checks, records, drum lengths, marking and delivery preparation. HONGKAI handles agreed acceptance and delivery.
Functions are not a fixed machine count. Aramid application may be integrated with sheathing; this design includes an inner PE sheath before the aramid layer. Final equipment, materials and acceptance follow the approved drawing and order.

Identification ink is applied and cured, then the fiber is rewound for the next stage. HONGKAI process-reference footage.
Four process videos, in route order. Reinforcement and inspection scope remain drawing- and order-specific; the videos are not one continuous factory tour or a batch test report.
Some HONGKAI equipment customers also manufacture the finished cables we supply. Independent factories manufacture the cable; HONGKAI handles the customer-facing supply, payment, agreed acceptance inspection and delivery. The actual source and order requirements are confirmed for your project.
HONGKAI connects cable-making equipment experience with finished-cable supply. Work with us on your requirement, then keep payment, acceptance inspection and delivery with HONGKAI.
Our equipment business gives the cable discussion a practical starting point: how the fiber, reinforcement, protection and jacket fit the required construction.
HONGKAI is your customer-facing supplier. In our usual supply arrangement, you pay HONGKAI, and we handle acceptance inspection and delivery.
Set the cable drawing, specification, inspection scope and required records in the order documents, so the supply is assessed against your agreed requirement.
Independent factories in China that use HONGKAI cable-making equipment. HONGKAI is the supplier, not the finished-cable manufacturer; the actual manufacturing source is confirmed for your order.
The agreed cable specification, inspection scope and order records. Using HONGKAI equipment is a production relationship, not a finished-product certification.
HONGKAI also supplies cable-making equipment and production-project support. Start from the cable drawing, materials and production requirements.
HONGKAI combines cable-making equipment experience with customer-facing supply responsibility. Some of our equipment customers also manufacture finished cables supplied through HONGKAI. You work with HONGKAI on your requirement, payment, agreed acceptance inspection and delivery. The actual manufacturing source and specification are confirmed for your order.
