What cable construction is this line based on?
The current reference route uses colored optical fibers as the input, applies aramid yarn and then extrudes the LSZH outer jacket. The approved cable drawing remains the final basis for the process and equipment configuration.
Does this line also make tight-buffered fiber?
Not in the direct-fiber route shown on this page. If the selected GJFV construction uses tight-buffered fibers, an upstream tight-buffer production line such as the HK-30 reference route is required before the HK-50 GJFV cable production line.
Is HK-50 the final equipment configuration?
HK-50 is the reference production-line model for this page. Modules, sizing, utilities, controls and optional systems are finalized only after HONGKAI reviews the cable structure, materials, target capacity and factory conditions.
What information is needed for a technical proposal?
Please provide the cable drawing or specification, fiber count and input package format, finished cable diameter, material requirements, target line speed or capacity, reel sizes, utilities, available factory space, testing expectations and the expected project timeline.
Are the machine images and process video the final supplied equipment?
No. The images, renders and related HK-60 process video explain a comparable production concept; they are not the exact HK-50 arrangement for this project. The final equipment list, layout and interfaces are confirmed in the technical proposal and project agreement.
Are installation and training included?
Installation, commissioning, training, travel and on-site responsibility are project-scope items. They must be confirmed in the commercial and technical agreement rather than assumed from this reference page.
