Cabo aéreo autoportante dielétrico (ADSS)

O cabo ADSS é um tubo solto trançado. Fibras de 250 μm são posicionadas em um tubo solto feito de plástico de alto módulo. Os tubos são preenchidos com um composto de enchimento resistente à água. Os tubos (e os enchimentos) são trançados em torno de um PRFV (Plástico Reforçado com Fibra) como um elemento de reforço central não metálico, formando um núcleo de cabo compacto e circular. Após o núcleo do cabo ser preenchido com o composto de enchimento, ele é coberto com uma fina capa interna de PE (polietileno). Após a aplicação de uma camada trançada de fios de aramida sobre a capa interna como elemento de reforço, o cabo é finalizado com uma capa externa de PE ou AT (antirrastreamento).

High AT Performance: Excellent AT performance, The maximum inductive at the operating point of AT sheath can reach 25 kV.
Lightweight Design: Light weight and small diameter reducing the load caused by ice and wind and the load on towers and backprops.

Aplicativo

The actual status of overhead power lines is taken into full consideration when ADSS cable is being designed.

For overhead power lines under 110kV, PE outer sheath is applied.
For power lines equal to or over 110kV, AT outer sheath is applied.

The dedicate design of aramid quantity and stranding process can satisfy the demand on various spans.

Standards

ADSS cable complies with Standard IEEE P 1222 as well as IEC 60794-1.
