What‘s the CAT5E Ethernet Cable?
The CAT5E Ethernet Cable is an enhanced version of the popular CAT5 Network Cable, designed to support gigabit speeds and have improved general performance. It is a twisted pair cable used in computer networking that consists of four pairs of copper wires, each with insulation and a protective outer jacket.
Structurally the Cat5e Ethernet Cable consists of the following components.
- copper wire
- PE/PVC jacket with cooper wire
- Lay after the PE jacket
- Rip cord
- PE Jacket of all
How to produce the CAT5E Ethernet Cable?
So these production lines are needed in the equipment to complete：
- HK-50+35 PLC control core wire insulation production line to extrusion PE/PVC material for the copper wire.
- HK-500 pair-twist and back twist machine to twist and back twist the insulation cables.
- HK-800 cantilever type singe twist machine to twist the 4 pair insulation cables with rip cord together.
- HK-80 PLC control Sheathing Production Line to do the PE Jacket of the whole cable.
1.HK-50+35 PLC CONTROL CORE-WIRE INSULATION PRODUCTION LINE
- Single head shaft-less motorized pay off rack： put on the 400-500mm bobbin
- Copper wire straight platform: straighten the copper wire
- Automatic induction copper wire preheater: Heat the surface of the copper wire. Better adhesion of the adhesive
- Main extruder: 15HP Siemens+Emerson Transducer with free-adjustment crosshead
- φ35mm Infuse Color Machine: Used for extruding auxiliaries
- Main cabinet: temperature control by RKC, switch control by Schneider, main touch panel: Siemens
- 1.5m+8m water trough: cooling the cable under higher speed.
- Capstan: V≤450m/min is coordinated action control with the main motor.
- Accumulator: Wire-storage length: 10m-150m, linked with the take-up machine
- High-frequency spark machine: it is applied for the pressure-resistance test under the no-line movement of electric wire and cable.
- Take up machine: Φ400~Φ630mm roll style and axis style, line speed V≤450m/min.
2.HK-500 PAIR-TWIST AND BACK-TWIST MACHINE
Pair twist machine:
- Max. revolution speed: Max.2500rpm, no period of adjustable
- Shaft of take up: Φ500mm, throw of traverse:280mm
- Diameter of inlet wire: Φ0.5mm-Φ1.5mm
- Stranding pitch:4.22mm~41.62mm, gear-change type
Back twist machine:
- Type: vertical cabinet, double drum, electric-lifting wire drum
- Max. revolution speed: Max. 1000rpm
- Back-twist rate: Max.80% step-less adjustable
- Pay-off spool: Φ500mm(outer diameter) ×Φ56mm(inner diameter) ×Φ300mm (width)
3.HK-800 CANTILEVER TYPE SINGLE TWIST MACHINE
- Motorized pay off rack: place 4 pcs Φ400-630mm bobbin with the twisted cable, Displacement sensor control, swing type tension control, and automatically stop when the wire is broken
- Hub stand: bunching the cable for wrapping
- Center wrapping machine: Rotary drum for tape: 250mm. Width: 10mm, Wrapping speed: Max.2500rpm.
- Φ800mm cantilever single twist machine:
- Single-wire diameter: Φ0.8-4.0mm covering the wire
- Revolution speed of the main shaft: Max.800rpm/min
- pitch set: setting on the Touch screen, control by Siemens PLC, stable acceleration and deceleration winch distance.
- Motor: Siemens, Transducer: Emerson
4.HK-80 PLC CONTROL SHEATHING PRODUCTION LINE
- Double head magnetic powder pay off: place Φ630—Φ800mm bobbin, auto-stop without wire broken
- Copper wire straight platform: straighten the cable
- Main extruder: 15HP Siemens+Emerson Transducer with free-adjustment cross-head
- φ35mm Infuse Color Machine: Used for extruding auxiliaries
