What’s the ASU cable?
Structurally the ASU cable consists of the following components.
- 1-12 cores Coloured Fiber core
- Reinforce wire(FRP)*2
- Ripcord/PE Jacket
How to produce the ASU cable?
So these production lines are needed in the equipment to complete：
- HK-50 IPC+PLC Control Loose Tube Cable Production Line to finish the PBT Tube and filling the Jelly Inside it
- HK-90 IPC+PLC Control ASU Cable SZ/Sheathing Production Line to do the Tube/FRP*2 Stranding and Sheathing both at one time.
PROCESS OF PRODUCT
1.HK-50 IPC+PLC CONTROL LOOSE TUBE PRODUCTION LINE
- 1-12 Heads fiber pay off: put on 1-12 cores fiber by Danfoss driver controlled.
- Jelly filling machine: fill the jelly into the loose tube and remove the air from it by automatic.
- Electrostatic removal device: remove impurities from the fiber surface before extruder.
- Masterbatch compounder: fill the color masterbatch of another color.
- Dryer and Automatic Hopper machine: will hopper and dryer the raw material by automatic.
- Main extruder: using the best quality screw from China, extrusion the PP/PPT material. and the motor using Siemens.
- Control cabinet: PLC+IPC control, more easy operation for the worker, the transducer using American Emerson, other electric parts using Schneider.
- Warm and Cooling Water Trough: cooling the wire down slowly.
- Diameter Gauge: display the actual diameter of the cable to the operator.
- Capstan: automatic change the line speed by Panasonic servo.
- Semi-automatic take up: motor using Siemens, transducer using Emerson, the control system by 7-inch Kinco touch screen plus Siemens S7-200 PLC control. it will change the wire coil by automatic when one pcs is full.
2.HK-90 ASU CABLE SZ/SHEATHING PRODUCTION LINE
- FRP pay off*2: put on FRP from 630-1000mm.
- Loose tube pay off: put on the loose tube from 630-1000mm.
- SZ stranding device: stranding control by 2 sets Servo motor, adjustable Pitch, linkage with the individual cabinet.
- Double heads Binding device: Binding control by 2 sets Servo motor, The concentricity reaches 100% after test, linkage with the individual cabinet.
- Press cable device: Keeping the cable stable before extruder.
- Dryer and Automatic Hopper machine: will hopper and dryer the raw material by automatic.
- Main extruder: using the best quality screw from China, extrusion the PE/PVC material. and the motor using Siemens.
- Control cabinet: PLC+IPC control, more easy operation for the worker, the transducer using American Emerson, other electric parts using Schneider.
- Warm and Cooling Water Trough: cooling the wire down slowly.
- Diameter Gauge: display the actual diameter of the cable to the operator.
- Capstan: automatic change the line speed by Panasonic servo.
- Accumulator: linkage with the take up, 500 meters for loading when changing the bobbin of take up
- 630-800mm double heads take up: motor using Siemens, transducer using Emerson, the control system by 7-inch Kinco touch screen, the traverse control by 2 sets Servo Motor.
