What’s the Tight Buffered cable?
A tight buffered cable is an optical cable that has been wrapped in a buffer material. This buffer helps to protect the optical fibers from damage and makes the cable more durable.
The Tight Buffered Cable is the most basic step for Patch Cord cable
Structurally the Tight Buffered cable consists of the following components.
- Fiber core
- Jacket
How to produce the Tight Buffered cable?
So just need one line to do this cable：
- HK-30 IPC+PLC Control Tight Buffered Production Line can finish all the process, for Jacket material normal using LSZH/PVC/TPEE
PROCESS OF PRODUCT
HK-30 IPC+PLC CONTROL TIGHT BUFFERED PRODUCTION LINE
- Fiber pay off*2: put on 25km/50km bare fiber.
- Fiber preheater: heating the fiber before the extruder.
- Dryer and Automatic Hopper machine: will hopper and dryer the raw material by automatic.
- Vacuum supply: Ensure the stability of the cable diameter under vacuum.
- Main extruder: using the best quality screw from China, extrusion the PE/PVC/TPEE material; the motor using Siemens plus an encoder and adopts closed-loop control to make the production line for diameter change is more stable during the line speed increase or decrease.
- Control cabinet: PLC+IPC control, more easy operation for the worker, the transducer using American Emerson/Mitsubishi, Japanese, other electric parts using Schneider.
- Warm and Cooling Water Trough: cooling the wire down slowly.
- Diameter Gauge: display the actual diameter of the cable to the operator.
- Capstan: automatic change the line speed by Panasonic servo plus Gearbox.
- Take up: motor using Siemens, traversing by servo and there also have a display screen for the operator speed up/down.
