전유전체 자립형 가공 케이블(ADSS)

ADSS 케이블은 루즈 튜브 연선입니다. 250μm 길이의 섬유가 고탄성 플라스틱으로 제작된 루즈 튜브에 배치됩니다. 튜브는 방수 충진재로 채워집니다. 튜브(및 충진재)는 비금속 중심 강도 부재인 FRP(섬유 강화 플라스틱)를 중심으로 연선되어 소형 원형 케이블 코어를 형성합니다. 케이블 코어에 충진재를 채운 후, 얇은 PE(폴리에틸렌) 내부 피복으로 덮습니다. 내부 피복 위에 강도 부재인 아라미드 섬유 연선을 씌운 후, PE 또는 AT(안티 트래킹) 외부 피복으로 케이블을 마감합니다.

The actual status of overhead power lines is taken into full consideration when ADSS cable is being designed.

For overhead power lines under 110kV, PE outer sheath is applied.
For power lines equal to or over 110kV, AT outer sheath is applied.

The dedicate design of aramid quantity and stranding process can satisfy the demand on various spans.

Standards

ADSS cable complies with Standard IEEE P 1222 as well as IEC 60794-1.
